All you need to get started with MindPals is your phone number. However, your number will never be stored on our servers - so all the information we have from you, is the one you decide to share.
MindPals is supposed to be a safe place, so we are taking measures to keep bad behavior away. We require a phone number verification upon registration, which is an important measure to keep bots away, and make sure banned users cannot easily return. Users can report bad behavior anytime directly from a MindPals chat, to have our moderation team take a look on the conversation and take measures.

MindPals is available in all countries where your respective iTunes Store or Android Play Store are available and allow the download of the app. The currently supported app system languages are English and German. Yet in the app all your native and spoken languages can be selected for your profile and will be considered in the matching in a way that all matches you'll receive will at least have one language in common with you. This also means you should only select languages that you speak at least on a casual fluent level.
Directly after launch MindPals will be available on Android devices. But we are already working on an iOS Version to include both major operating systems.
